Absolutely not. Sound healing is completely accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or background. All you need to do is arrive, lie down, and allow the frequencies to do their work. There is no right or wrong way to experience a soundbath — every journey is unique to you.
We recommend loose, warm, and comfortable clothing — think soft layers, cosy joggers, or anything that allows you to fully relax. The studio can feel cool once you're lying still, so we always suggest bringing an extra layer or a blanket to keep you snug throughout the session.
Sessions are generally suitable for adults aged 16 and over. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, epilepsy, or any other medical condition, we kindly ask that you consult your GP before attending and reach out to Lindsey in advance so she can advise appropriately. Your safety and wellbeing is always the highest priority.
That's perfectly fine — and actually quite common! Falling asleep during a soundbath is a sign that your nervous system has found a deep level of safety and rest. The healing frequencies continue to work whether you are awake or drifting in and out.
